the HR-1218 Jigsaw Puzzle
Machine, a compact, high pressure
motorized roller specially
made to transport steel rule
dies (patterned as jigsaw
puzzles or other shapes) and
cut a variety of substrares
such as photos, mat board,
magnet sheet, or thin plastic,
vinyl or mouse pad. The all
new HR-1218 is an advanced,
feature-added version of the
HR-1140 original Hope Jigsaw
Puzzle Machine. The new design
allows greater puzzle piece
count(up to 300-350 piece)
on large sheet sizes, up to
12"X 18". Custom
dies can also ordered.
Puzzle die
handling on the HR-1218 is
simplified for ergonomic consideration.
Larger sheet size dies can
arduous to move many times
due to their heavy weight.
The HR-1218 plarform allows
dies to be run through the
press from either left or
right end of equipment. This
is also without need to pick
up puzzle die from tabletop
or invertiong die on puzzle
machine before and after cutting
each puzzle. Hope Puzzle material
sets consist of a 2-layer
cardboard with a permanebt
adhesive to mount photo, and
a low tack adhesive to keep
puzzle pieces from scattering
after cutting. This allows
simple, flat packaging into
clear resealable sleeves in
each puzzle size.
With the HR-1218, it is now
possible to produce up to
12" X 18" puzzles
on demand in a limited space--whether
in a retail store or at an
event marketing puzzles on-site.
Equipment is table-top compact
size, weighing 110# and requiring
3.5 square feet or area. Using
the Jigsaw Puzzle Machine,
the process of making a puzzle
is simple and fast, with a
low labor cost. A 300-piece
12"X18" puzzle can
be made in less than 10 minutes,
including packaging. Other
than a smoothing roller or
dry mount press for the largest
size puzzles, no additional
equipment is necessary.
