Hope Puzzle material sets consist of a 2-layer cardboard with a permanebt adhesive to mount photo, and a low tack adhesive to keep puzzle pieces from scattering after cutting. This allows simple, flat packaging into clear resealable sleeves in each puzzle size.

With the HR-1218, it is now possible to produce up to 12" X 18" puzzles on demand in a limited space--whether in a retail store or at an event marketing puzzles on-site. Equipment is table-top compact size, weighing 110# and requiring 3.5 square feet or area. Using the Jigsaw Puzzle Machine, the process of making a puzzle is simple and fast, with a low labor cost.
